Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.reelforcepro.com, the public enquiry website operated by ANSHUN LIAN TRADING CO., LIMITED (trading as Reel Force Pro) ("Reel Force Pro", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or engage our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reel Force Pro, governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

2. Services Description

Reel Force Pro provides bespoke jewelry design and crafting services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Complimentary design consultations (in person, via WhatsApp, or video call).
Custom jewelry design, including hand-drawn sketches and 3D renderings.
Sourcing and procurement of gemstones and precious metals.
Handcrafted jewelry production.
Jewelry repair, restoration, and modification services.
After-sales services including cleaning, polishing, and maintenance.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders and Commissions

3.1 Design Process

Upon agreement to proceed with a custom piece, we will provide detailed design proposals for your approval. No production work will commence until you have given written approval (including via WhatsApp or email) of the final design.

3.2 Deposits and Payments

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price to commence production. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery. Payment may be made by bank transfer, cheque, or other methods as agreed.

3.3 Pricing

All prices quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if there are significant fluctuations in material costs (gold, platinum, gemstone prices). We will always seek your approval before any price adjustment.

3.4 Production Timeline

Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material sourcing, design complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

Orders may be cancelled before design approval with a full refund of any deposit paid.
Once design has been approved and production has commenced, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Completed pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made to your specific requirements.
If a completed piece has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake the piece at no additional cost (see Section 6).

5. Delivery and Collection

Completed pieces may be collected from our showroom or delivered to your specified address. Local delivery within Hong Kong is complimentary. International shipping is available at additional cost, fully insured to the declared value. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. A signature is required for all deliveries.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

Every Reel Force Pro piece comes with:

Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee: We guarantee our workmanship for the lifetime of the piece. If a structural defect is found to be the result of our craftsmanship, we will repair it at no additional cost.
Complimentary Maintenance: Two years of complimentary cleaning and inspection services from the date of delivery.
Gemstone Certification: All diamonds over 0.30 carats are accompanied by GIA or equivalent certification. Coloured gemstones are accompanied by certificates from reputable gemmological laboratories.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, renderings, and creative works produced by Reel Force Pro remain the intellectual property of ANSHUN LIAN TRADING CO., LIMITED (trading as Reel Force Pro). You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the design for the specific commissioned piece. Designs may not be reproduced, copied, or shared with third parties without our written consent. We reserve the right to photograph and display completed pieces in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Reel Force Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website without permission.
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without notice.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to mediation before pursuing legal proceedings. Mediation shall be conducted in Hong Kong in accordance with the Hong Kong Mediation Code.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
