Every great piece begins with a spark of inspiration. Perhaps you've seen a ring that caught your eye, or you have a family stone you'd like reimagined. Maybe all you have is a feeling — and that's more than enough.
Share your vision with us through our simple enquiry form, WhatsApp, or in person at our Mong Kok showroom. There's no need to have all the answers. Our designers are here to help you discover what you truly want.
Whether it's a rough sketch on a napkin or a Pinterest board full of ideas, we welcome every starting point. The only thing we need is your story.
Talk to a Designer
Once we understand your vision, you'll be paired with one of our senior designers for a complimentary consultation. This is where the magic begins.
We'll discuss materials, gemstones, styles, and the emotions you want your piece to evoke. Our designers draw on decades of experience working with Hong Kong's finest materials and global design influences.
Consultations can happen over WhatsApp, video call, or face-to-face at our showroom in Central. We work around your schedule, because luxury should never feel rushed.
Design & Refine
Your designer will create detailed hand-drawn sketches and, when appropriate, photorealistic 3D renderings of your piece. You'll see exactly how it will look from every angle before a single tool touches metal.
This is a collaborative process. We encourage revisions — your satisfaction is our north star. Most clients go through two to three rounds of refinement before the design feels absolutely right.
We'll also guide you through gemstone selection, showing you certified stones in person or via high-resolution imagery, so you can choose with complete confidence.
Craft Your Piece
With the design finalised, our master artisans begin the meticulous process of bringing your piece to life. Every curve, every setting, every polish is done by hand in our Hong Kong workshop.
Depending on the complexity of the piece, crafting takes between four to eight weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout with progress photos and milestone check-ins.
When your piece is complete, we invite you to our showroom for a private unveiling — a moment as special as the jewelry itself. We also offer complimentary luxury packaging and Hong Kong-wide delivery.
